Nori Studio — 2026
A complete e-commerce experience for nori studios, the German brand behind the first fully customizable water bottle. We designed the store around a live 2D configurator that lets customers build their own bottle — cap, body, carry and base — and see the price update in real time.

nori studios set out to launch something new: the first fully customizable water bottle, where every part — cap, loop or handle, body colour, and base — is chosen by the customer and assembled to order.
The brief was clear and demanding: this could not look like a classic Shopify shop. It had to feel like a modern design and lifestyle brand — calm, premium and desirable from the first scroll. Latency Studio designed the complete storefront around a single idea: the bottle you build is the product. At the centre sits a live 2D configurator — "Style Your Nori" — where customers combine sizes, colours and components, watch a real-time preview assemble, and see the price update instantly. Impossible combinations are never offered; a warm, restrained interface keeps the experience feeling like configuring a high-quality object, not playing a game. Around that core we built a full editorial system: a customization-led homepage, colour-separated bestseller looks for easy one-click buying, product and component pages with live compatibility checks, and supporting pages for brand story, merch, wholesale and support. The visual language — warm neutrals, soft pastels, generous space, and a single deliberate accent — positions nori as affordable premium, and carries consistently across every page, in German first and English second. The result is a store that does two things at once: it makes building your own bottle the hero of the experience, while still offering the confidence of a curated purchase — a foundation designed to scale as nori grows into new colours, components and markets.
