Noma Health serves over 200,000 patients across 15 clinics, but their digital experience lagged behind the quality of their in-person care. We built a comprehensive health portal on Wix Studio with a custom Velo backend powering patient appointment booking, prescription management, and secure care team communication. The platform integrates with third-party health APIs for lab results and insurance verification. Custom Velo code handles complex scheduling logic, automated reminders, and HIPAA-compliant data flows. The portal meets WCAG AA accessibility standards and reduced appointment no-shows by 34%.
